REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Returns

You have the right to return (any/all) the products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for return, the product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the belt was received, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. 


To complete your return, please provide us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to the address provided by our customer care team for a return and refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned to the manufacturer.


Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. Nylon Belt® does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. 


Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund. 


Upon returning your item to us, please email: sales@nylonbelt.com with the following information: -

1. Your name (As per invoice)

2. Your email address ( As per your registered account name in nylonbelt.com)

3. Order ID/Invoice number

4. Reason for return


* Please attached pictures to proof the wrong item(s) sent or defective.

For the returns due to other reasons other than wrong item(s) sent or defective item(s), submit your request by email: sales@nylonbelt.com

We will not entertain exchanges if information provided is not complete or invalid.


Nylon Belt® reserves the rights to reject any returns at our sole discretion shall we find any goods returned in a damaged and used condition.


Refunds (if applicable)

Our refund policy is only applicable to successful returns, once Nylon Belt® received and inspected the item(s) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only valid for manufacturer’s defect.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  sales@nylonbelt.com.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@nylonbelt.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Items denoted as sale items are not eligible for return, only regular priced items may be refunded.


Shipping
Shipping charges for returning product(s) will be borne by you and will be deducted from your refund amount.


Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. Please note that Nylon Belt® will not be responsible for the loss of returned parcel.

 

Changing or Canceling Orders

Please do note that request of changing or canceling orders on or after the scheduled ship date will not be accepted.
