Though it took a little longer than I anticipated, having to run down to the local walmart to pick up a belt while waiting ... when I got it ... it was all I expected the belt and buckle to be ... I wear it daily (why you will find in my review of my other belt) ... and it serves it's purpose nicely.

Looks great with suit and tie, or on jeans! Very easy to size, the belt buckle is fantastic - just snaps closed to hold the belt in place. Here's what I LOVE about it - when I need to adjust my belt after a meal, or when driving, or when standing, etc., I used to have to remove the whole strap end, pull the belt out of the buckle, and put it on again fitting it into the next hole.
No more! Now to adjust I simply open the clasp, slide the belt one way or the other, and snap shut again! I LOVE it!

This product is very nice, not bulky, and blends in well with mah shorts. I actually like this belt a lot! And I don't feel the need to cut it either! The quality is top notch.
Update: It's been almost a year later and that thing is still as strong as ever. Definitely would recommend.

I have only had these a week, but totally love them. They were pretty tough to cut to size which to me means that they should be durable and are not cheap material. The ratchet adjustments are pretty small, so you can size it up just right. And the gun metal buckle looks really nice. The price for these two is less than what you'd pay for 1 belt from some of the other guys. Looking forward to having these for a long time.

These are excellent ratchet belts that don't break the bank. They come in very nice black boxes and the quality of the belt and buckle is solid. I would absolutely get more of these belts. The only drawback is having to trim the excess belt length as they were too long for me. Nice that you can do that, however it ruins the integrity of the end that you clasp to keep hold. Not worth dropping to 4 stars though because of this.

I love the ratcheting adjustment. Other belts I have fought with either being too tight or too loose. Rarely do I FIT the belt. With the adjustments of this belt... the belt always fits me!
The buckle is separate from the belt itself and is cut to length. I like that. Durability has proven to be very good as well. I daily have a clip on holster which typically destroys a normal belt very quickly. It is getting very close to a year now and it is difficult to tell the belt has anything attached daily. That isn't to say there is some wear but completely reasonable and expected.
I just discovered additional belts are sold without the buckle under this brand which I hadn't found before. This is a HUGE plus for me considering my previous statement of how hard I can be on the belt. I will certainly buy again for myself or gifts as the case may be.

Great look with solid components. I loved both of these belts the moment I pulled them out of the stylish box. The ratcheting is smooth and satisfying, and holds well. I noticed early that if I rest my thumbs on the buckle I accidently released it occasionally. Not a flaw in the design, just a personal habit that I had to change.
Be advised that you will have to trim the belt down to fit your waist, then clamp the buckle onto the trimmed end. It's not difficult, but you will definitely want a utility knife or razor blade, and a straight ruler or something to guide the cut. Also, the materials are "genuine leather", which means it's two very thin layers of leather sandwiching a synthetic, padded core. Over the years it will eventually crack and the outer layers will split. It's the nature of the construction for all genuine leather products, but it will still likely last for many, many years!

Just like it says, exact fit !!! Nicely crafted buckles and the belts are equally as nice. I have worn these with dress pants as well as jeans and they both looked and fit great. The buckles work and hold very well into the grooves on the back of the belt, and don't slip a bit. The release on these belts different than the one I already have, but I like it even better. The availability of just the belts without the buckles in different colors and finishes is also a nice addition. I will not hesitate to buy more. -- Dennis in NH.

My dad has this belt. My cousins own this belt. My uncles have it, and now my husband has it. It’s a popular one that they all love… It’s unique and looks good and is easily adjustable to fit - My husband used some sharp scissors to cut the excess belt off and then used a lighter to singe and seal the end. Overall, my husband loves it but has said that sometimes it rises up and rubs against his skin so he usually just tucks in his shirt to prevent this from happening.

Im not one to write reviews unless its to warn or encourage another buyer about the product but this belt i love.i got the ratchet buckle and even if i would've gotten size bigger than 36 i could cut it down so theres no size issue there.the buckle looks so nice i love how the buckle is detachable.i think that was a neat plus. So far i haven't had an issue with the buckle but if i do ill return to notify.The belt it self is amazing the material its made of is really sturdy. Now the thing that most ratchet belts struggle with id being able to keep its self latched but with this belt i don't see that issue.never the less i em inclined to buy again.

This is a great belt. It does what all good belts should do. It's comfortable, stylish, and above all else it holds up my pants. I wasn't 100% sure I wanted to try this belt after reading other reviews that said when you sit down/bend over your stomach will hit the release, but the belt was on sale and I figured why not give it a try. I discovered that if you put the belt on feeding it through the right side of your pants first then the release does face up at your stomach and when you bend over/sit down it will release. BUT, if you feed the belt through the left side of your pants first so the release is on the bottom facing your legs then it will not release when you bend over/sit down. I have been wearing it this way for a few weeks and have not had the belt release a single time. In fact, I enjoy this ratchet belt so much I think I'll buy a couple more in different colors/buckles. If you're still reading this then I will tell you I'm a size 36 waist and I purchased the belt corresponding to my waist size and it's a perfect fit. I didn't have to trim any of it. The belt that is. I didn't have to trim any of the belt off. I'd love to trim some weight off my stomach, but my current diet of walking in the morning then drinking beer and watching sports in the evening isn't working. I'd like it to work, so I'll keep trying it. I figured if I can get the beer/sports diet to work I'll be helping people all over the world. Back to the belt though, it's a great belt.

I havre a couple of nice leather gun-belts, but they are too long as have lost quite a bit of weight. Same for my Galco Instructors belt, just too long now. Wanted something cost effective that could serve for every day carry and occasional range use. This belt is great. It feels good, looks good and appears to be very well made. My iWB and OWB holsters ride well with it.
